Powering Delta State
with sunlight, storage & intelligence.
A sovereign planning surface for governments, investors and utilities to design, simulate and deploy solar + storage across all 25 Local Government Areas — led today by the Osubi Independent Solar Power Pilot: a utility-scale, privately developed 1 MWp PV + 2.05 MWh storage plant delivered as Electricity-as-a-Service by Prime Digital Tek and Brobags, with its own distribution network, prepaid metering and bankable commercial model.

Osubi Independent Solar Power Pilot
A standalone, privately developed solar-plus-storage mini-grid for the Osubi service area — own distribution network, prepaid metering and commercial structure. The live model carries demand, design, CAPEX/OPEX, tariff and investor returns end to end.
Electricity-as-a-Service
No capex for the offtaker. Prime Digital Tek and Brobags build, own and operate the plant and network, and sell reliable kWh under long-term prepaid contracts — starting in Delta State, replicable across Nigeria.
GIS Digital Twin
Interactive maps of all 25 LGAs with terrain, infrastructure, solar irradiation and suitable land.
Engineering + AI, one workspace
Engineering-grade PV yield, storage sizing, LCOE and grid interaction — with a natural-language scenario planner for capacity, growth, EV uptake and funding.
Realtime telemetry across the state
Live substation, generation and BESS state — refreshed continuously from field sensors and SCADA.
Delta-hosted
All GIS, energy and citizen data resides on state-controlled infrastructure with full audit trails.
